First, confirm with the new owner that Monumetric ads will continue to run on the site. If the owner has alternate advertising plans, no conversion to the new owner will be necessary on Monumetric’s end. You will be responsible for submitting a 30-day notice to Monumetric before the site transfers and ads are removed.
If the new owner plans to continue running Monumetric ads, please email success@monumetric.com and cc the new owner. We need the following information from the new owner:
• New Owner’s first and last name
• New Owner’s email address
From here we will make the new owner the primary contact for the site and as such, will need the new owner to accept advertising responsibility for the site. The new owner will receive an email from Google asking for permission to continue to advertise on the site.
At an agreed-upon time, the new owner will be sent a new login for the Monumetric Console where payment and tax information can be added. As the previous owner, Console access will then be revoked.
Please remember that Monumetric pays on net 60-day terms and we will not handle any payment transfers between the previous and new site owner. Handling of the payments is to be worked out as part of the bill of sale.
