Our advertisers send reports after they reconcile their data from the brands they represent. If for whatever reason they are still working to verify their data, they wait to send a report to us. Sometimes the missing reports are provided after 24 hours and often it takes up to seven business days to get those reports.
Having missing reports is not out of the ordinary and should not be something to cause alarm. However, if you do notice a report has been missing longer than 7 business days, please let us know so we can be vigilant in getting those from our advertisers.
