Why Didn’t I Get Paid?

There are a few reasons that you may not have been paid by Monumetric:

Payment Date:

Monumetric issues payments within the first 10 business days (this does consider US federal holidays.) Your payment day will fluctuate from month to month, but will always be within the first 10 business days of the month.

Payment is less than $10:

Monumetric only sends payments when your account balance is over $10. If your payment is less than $10, it will be held until your future payments accrue to the $10 minimum. You can check your current account balance at any time in your Payments Dashboard.

Banking/Tax Information:

If your Payments Dashboard indicates that your payment is “On Hold”, it is likely because you do not have banking and/or tax information filled out in the Console. If you head to the “Payment Information” tab, you will be able to fill out the necessary information. If you are not filing taxes in the US, you will need to select “no” when asked about your filing preference. You should see two checkmarks under “Bank Info” and “Tax Info” when all needed information is updated and completed.

Payment Error:

If none of the above situations apply, then there may be an issue with your payment and we are happy to further investigate. We recommend first double-checking your added payment information is accurate and if it is, please then inform us via email of the issue you are experiencing.
